Deposits | Payments | Overtime

A non-refundable deposit of R500,00 will secure your date.

The outstanding amount is payable two weeks prior to the event. The Grey's musicians will not perform unless proof of payment is provided.

Overtime will be charged at an additional fee of R2000,00 for 30 minutes - payable upfront.

Should the overtime period exceed this, full set rates apply and will be payable upfront.

Privacy & Safety

Sound Equipment

The Grey is able to provide sound for 80-100 guests in one venue.

This is included in the price unless discussed otherwise.

On The Day

Please share the correct contact details of your coordinators.

Refreshments are required on the day.

The Client will be responsible if any damage is caused to the musician, their instruments or equipment due to natural elements such as wind/rain or sun.

Please ensure that there is a shaded area for our musicians' performance.
